Main Hall

Our main hall is a fine example of the late architect

Dr Enrico Taglietti’s penchant for fusing functionality and comfort to please performers and audiences alike.

The hall is 18m x 11m in size with an elevated stage and a stepped ceiling. It has original parquetry floors, stage drapes and timber accents preserving the club’s original character.

Recently upgraded sound and stage lighting, a large drop down projection screen, access to a piano and backstage change/green room creates an ideal venue for live music and theatrical performances, concerts, balls, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and wakes.

The hall layout is versatile, also able to be configured into a smaller size depending on your needs. It has been successfully used for fundraisers, dance and yoga classes, community gatherings, children’s school holiday programs and university examinations.

Direct external access into the hall and backstage areas allows for ease of access for those requiring setup of heavy or large equipment and props.

Seating for up to 120 people can be provided - including tables and chairs - additional raised platforms, a lectern and microphones are also available. Table cloths and glassware can be provided for an additional fee.
